#133: Removed files still exist in the git target repo

 I have only seen/tested this with CVS -> git (as that's the only one i
 use). Basically files that are removed in the CVS repository are still in
 the git repository.

 If the remove a file and commit that into CVS. This "commit" is brought
 over to git. However that commit doesn't remove the file. It only has the
 commit message from CVS.
