I think this is related to (or triggered by) using cvsps and when files
are "DELE" in the changeset.
I experienced the same error quite early during importing another project
(evocms on sf.net). I'll attach the config for it (b2evo-cvsps.tailor).
It works for me now using just "cvs" instead of "cvsps".
