Comment:
Both bzr and hg backends switched from using the command-line tools to
direct API calls to their respective engines.
The ''xxx-command'' option makes sense only for those backends that uses
an external tool, like (currently) darcs, svn or cvs.
If you want use another version of mercurial, you must tweak your
PYTHONLOADPATH environment variable.
