Uhm, although I already implemented half solution, it now sounds of little
meaning...
Consider that sometime a given upstream changeset has no effect on the
target (a tag? a svn property change? ...): should that be counted or not?
The resulting enumeration would be highly confusing, if not ''exactly''
the same as assigned by trac, and the risk of being inconsistent is high.
I still think that using the original version number if the saner of the
options: we could instead allow changing the whole log, instead of just
the "patchname", so you could even add something that refers to the
original trac version using an InterTrac shortcut at the end of the
changelog...
