Comment:
This calls for a `tla` user: the `__apply_changeset()` uses `tla update
revxx` to apply a single changeset, then calls
`__parse_apply_changeset_output()` passing the output of the command to
build the actual list of changed entries. Apparently `tla update` does not
emit a list of changes...
