#169: Factor out the update of the boring files to skip

The update of the boring file (in darcs parlance) should be done in the
bootstrap code, instead of in the repository creation step.
Otherwise, migrating several source projects into a single target will add
just the first set of files (`project1.log`, `project1.state`...).
