 > I'm sorry, but from a quick review of the attached stuff I could not
understand the issue. I'll try to investigate further to get a better view
of the problem. It would be nice if you could setup a replicable recipe
using simple/public repositories I can try with.

Basically, I'm importing a Subversion repository with 400ish revisions to
a Subversion server on my LAN.

The first time I did this, I ended up with 4 revisions that had me as the
author, rather than the original author.

I repeated the process with a clean repository, and this time, I only had
a couple of revisions with me as author, but they were different revisions
 to the previous attempt.

I repeated the process again, and this time only one revision had me as
the author, but again, it was a completely different revision to before.

The recipe is simple enough, with a LAN Subversion repository (with
propset enabled), import a Subversion repository. I wonder if the problem
is the server becoming overloaded, but I don't understand how Tailor
wouldn't pick up on the failure if that was the case. It's easy enough to
fix though, just changing the couple of revisions to the correct author
fixes it, so it's a really minor quibble.

The attachments are to show you that:
 a) tailor was making the correct calls to set the author on the revisions
 in question
 b) The server wasn't getting them as the hook was never invoked

...and most importantly, c) tailor wasn't detecting this had happened
