I have prepared the requested backport for Geode. It has been built and validated on a Geode host running Debian/Stable using a variety of applications (Chromium, Gnash, Totem). The result can be found at: http://q-funk.iki.fi/debian/pool/x/xserver-xorg-video-geode/xserver-xorg-video-geode_2.11.12-3~bpo60+1.dsc Since I am neither a DM or a DD, I would need a sponsor to upload it.
