file (at the root of your presistent volume), and the output of the
`mount' command run in a terminal.
Using the bundled "Report a bug" application would also help you
provide enough information.

I made one attempt to duplicate this but did not succeed. It's
tedious to do so I give up trying to duplicate it again. Sorry.
