Given November 6th is the scheduled release date of 0.14, I think we should not release RC1 at the same time. As you said, it looks like there will not be a huge amount of new features, so we can probably shorten the time to test RC1. I'd like to propose the following: * November 13th: freeze and RC1 * November 20th: Firefox ESR is out * November 22th: RC2 * November 27th: Tails release I think the release is ought to be called 0.15 because we'll have at least persistent browser bookmarks.
