Some time ago someone commented that our homepage didn't mention that Tor could help circumvent Internet censorship, on top of providing anonymity.
I tried to add that to the bullet point on the homepage, and ended up rephrasing the introduction paragraph as well. Please review and merge branch doc/circumvention into master!
