I understand the difference between the two but if we want to have one less category, we could call it "Have computer skills" and combine both. For example, people running a mirror have to be good sysadmins, and we also have some sysadmin tasks. If we expand our list to include web and graphic design tasks, we can add another category for that. But there is not content to put in there yet.
