Thanks for setting this up, we had no mirror in Asia yet!
It seems that something is misconfigured, though:
$ curl --verbose --connect-timeout 30 \
--header 'Host: dl.amnesia.boum.org' \
http://106.187.37.158/tails/
... results in a 404 error.
While we're at it: does this server have any instant, monthly or
something bandwidth limit?
