With tails-i386-feature_uefi-0.23-20140104T0920Z-3305611.iso I can boot a Lenovo E325 from a manually prepared USB stick and from a USB stick cloned with the Tails Installer. I changed the BIOS setting to "UEFI first", using some no-name 8GB USB stick.
