Tails is generally based on Debian stable (currently:  oldstable), so
we benefit from the staging of packages in Debian testing/sid, that
allows to catch most such critical bugs.

In this specific case, Tails ships macchanger 1.5.0-9 from Wheezy,
so it is not affected.
