I can dedicate quite some time for RC testing on the 17th.
I'm not available on the 28th (nor on the 29th).

My experience as a RM tells me: "never try to build the browser + the
ISO on the same day anymore". It kinda works, but it's really risky,
as every unexpected problem can potentially postpone everything, and
with such a short timing and tension it's easy to make mistakes.
I recommend the following instead:
2014-04-27 Firefox 24.5.0 ESR sources are available.
Package and upload Firefox 24.5.0 ESR.
Tag 1.0 in Git.
Start building and uploading 1.0 ISO and IUK.
2014-04-28 Finish building and uploading 1.0 ISO and IUK by
noon (CEST).
Start testing 1.0 in the afternoon (CEST).
2014-04-29 Finish testing 1.0 by noon (CEST).
Officially release Tails 1.0.
