Hi,
feature/7425-ship-win32-syslinux ships utils/win32/syslinux.exe on the
ISO filesystem, so that Universal USB Installer and TuxBoot can find
and use it. This, combined with #7466 (new UUI will use that syslinux
binary), will fix #7378 ("Universal USB Installer creates unbootable
devices").
