maybe it would be also an good idea to have a talk at the 31C3
(http://events.ccc.de/2014/07/12/31c3-call-for-participation-en/). I
think it would ensure that more volunteers could work on Tails and to
spread it more around.
What do you think on that?

However, I'm afraid the kind of trust relationship that's needed
between us and the people hosting that second machine cannot
realistically be built over the course of a few months. Knowing each
other for a few years seems to be a bare minimum to me.
