KillYourTV should comment here on the specifics of the I2P Debian package, but I2P recommends using OpenJDK v7. As I recall, there are several I2P "bugs" that only occur on OpenJDK v6 (not Oracle JRE 6), and are solved by running OpenJDK v7. > bugfix/7807-remove-duplicate-openjdk-jre removes v7. But (pending comments from KillYourTV) I would recommend removing OpenJDK v6 instead. str4d > > I'd like to see this merged into stable (for 1.1.1) and devel, but > I won't be too sad if the RM decides that it's not suitable for a > point-release, and should only be merged into devel. > > Still, I bet a full run of the test suite would help validate my > assumption that nothing uses the v7 JRE. > > Cheers, > -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- iQIcBAEBCgAGBQJT/GH2AAoJEIA97kkaNHPnlRsP+gKfI41AIhowGz15/TrP6c3N kxixfgF5P4uNPlOKzLFurZqUAS7XcrDmvqTGLJlcuPYVJ0CXgFRrGZhC+Ri9ryd3 +u8cfD5BMdt8drs3/JhZIqyxMVeoajj6qri1bwAleB82AlMlAq4wjCaLXY5SsPsz Ps7963mLHC5nti/knfBqfusS3Vw1LDYSDjYP5LVvVHh/5DEKbguvxvYMswK5xDTq OQhq/EroPc18+5peurtL3ERbTScOQHb/xvF/wWCnCW8sj3wu3iYXw+gmb5L0P5Td +j+gYYpG915jq03agdT5WJVBesBmI7edp7twNmvvi/aduKCrmoAANSi2pokJK/eD dQapQbVVTND+l0c9Gkgrzm6jBW0Tffxk85iYtKtazCgokwvTFoTCjmqqa0ZlJBoj eqKlO+IOW+D2FtVm2a0lVzg0nR3qQWwdhTS21K99fAx/HWEsqBHhZGBkGrJIPENN otp5cqV7q61WXWPIqLDfc1pJ/Q3Ct187oTpoSzYuzF7QwDTlTc9+xY3eCkTKUE7O yctM3FW4FrgXTfacC7rvJ6w4OTu49XL3dPwICav3WBHRWvs099+Oi7vYphmZ9Q8x mYxg5AdYcxid+Uhc992MDwT6omZhamyNMuWqzASOqaxf4aOO8BMSY/9TqXAjFim5 KrO54SK+DbfZQbccg7GU =YjtD -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- _______________________________________________ Tails-dev mailing list [email protected] https://mailman.boum.org/listinfo/tails-dev To unsubscribe from this list, send an empty email to [email protected].
