I use a free program called EasyBCD from NeoSmart Technologies to edit the BCD 
store in nt60 versions of windows (Vista, 7, 8), that is the boot menu, which 
most people don't even know is there, if there is only one option. It has GRUB 
integrated, and includes an option to boot an iso image from the Windows boot 
menu. It's very a convenient way to use TAILS.
