Stop shipping /var/cache/man/* in the ISO.
Not only this directory needlessly takes room in ISO images, but it also
makes
IUKs bigger than they could be: there are time-based variations in there.
Will-fix: #9417
I've verified that man(1) still works fine with this change in.
