Interesting... This means that the impossibility of spoofing MAC is
software related (as a new kernel module can fix that apparently) and
not only hardware related. Until now I thought it was only hardware
related...

Sure, you seem to have investigated the problem enough so let's get rid
of this section, no? Another option could be to commented it (using
'<!--') for some time and then remove it after some time.

Please submit a patch for whatever you prefer.
