After reception of illegal medication 15-20 minutes later the head strongly hurt, at the nights I couldn't sleep, on all body, on hands, on legs, on face appeared multipurulent sores ( they were for months) sharply sight fell, my weight rose to 300 pounds, when normal weight I always had 200-210 pounds), my feet lower then knees swelled up--became strong sich to go, kidneys began to hurt strongly ( I have supporting documents from three different doctors). ( PACT), they wanted to destroy my immune system, in other words, they wanted to move away me physical having used illegal medication. I am lifted big scandal and began to demand the Supervisor with ( Medical Health Center), then Manager ( Robin) and Supervisor ( Melissa) with (PACT program) strongly were afraid and they gave the order to the office workers to make illegal documents for insurance and in Federal Office Social Security (SSI), they illegally undersigned my signatures and illegally used my (SSI number) and also my name and lastname. One good person brought me copies of these illegal documents--when I showed these copies to the Manager ( Robin), she was a very angry, she told me that I won't be able to proof anybody anything, she told--them much and I am only one.
