Hi, If you run our test suite locally, you have 2 XMPP accounts configured in features/config/local.yml. Most likely they are riseup.net accounts.
Riseup will soon stop their XMPP service, so you have to create 2 new XMPP accounts elsewhere and update your features/config/local.yml accordingly.
