Yes. Signing, by definition, tells which key was used to do the signing.
If you verify this email you'll see something like the following:
Signature made $(time and date) using RSA key 0xABE0C319DF0A0A1A
Encrypting OTOH won't tell who encrypted the message but someone that
receives the message might be able to find out the key the message was
intended for unless the "--hidden-encrypt-to name" option is used.
