Yes, that was exactly how I added the printer. It found the drivers no problem. It printed the test page no problem.

When I reboot, it is not there.

The persistent drive shows, just not the printer.

Also in 0.21 the onion only shows up about every other boot.

Hi,

I just loaded the new tails 0.21, enabled persistence for printing,
rebooted, defined a printer, rebooted, and found that the printer was
no longer defined.

That's wired.

What am I missing on how to keep the printer definition? Thanks.

Could you please confirm that:

- you added your printer through System -> Administration ->
 Printing
- your printer doesn't require any additional software
