The mechanism used to wipe all available disk space is to create a very
big file, filling up all the available disk space, and then wiping this
file. Maybe for some reason, this process didn't finish correctly and
this big file is still on your drive.

You can try to start Tails again, mount you C drive, look for that file
and delete it.

That file is usually named oooooooo.ooo or something similar. You can
also try to locate such file by setting up an administration password
when staring and then executing the following command:

   file / -iname "*oooo*"
