I'm not support staff, however the patch is purely server sde, and has already been applied to the Tails server (if it was needed at all). I had a bug report in myself a few weeks ago that seems to have now been fixed curiously enough. With luck the problems Lightweight Portable Security http://www.spi.dod.mil/lipose.htm was experiencing with DNSCrypt will be fixed also.
You can test if a site is vulnerable here http://filippo.io/Heartbleed/ (via http://www.troyhunt.com/2014/04/everything-you-need-to-know-about.html ). I think the only thing anyone need do is change passwords on any server that might have been affected (Yahoo for one).
