Hi tails-support,

There appears to be a disruption in the use of disseminating Tails News via the RSS feed.

The latest RSS information between the March 19, 2014 release of Tails 0.23 latest news is:

Call for testing: UEFI (which btw does not contain a published date on the webpage, but does contain apparently a last edited date at the bottom,
16 April, 2014) - discounting the winner of the Tails logo contest information.

Note:  Call for testing: 1.0~rc1 webpage does not appear to be published for the RSS feed, and the webpage for it contains a date at the bottom: Last edited Wed 26 Feb 2014 07:47:34 AM CET which appears to apply to the Tails Report for February, 2014.

Whereas, the Calendar recently includes: 2014-04-18 - Release Tails 1.0 release candidate which I only noticed just yesterday, April 26, 2014, by reading the Tails Calendar webpage directly, but not via the RSS feed which was usually the first piece of information I normally would get about late breaking Tails News - when bringing up Firefox (28.0), when live bookmarks are refreshed.

It would be of great assistance to those of us whom subscribe to the RSS feed for tails (amnesic news) from the feed location
https:tails.boum.org/news/emails.en.rss to make sure your RSS news feed properly works and pushes out the most recent news that is published when
you publish news, properly dated, of course in order that tails users can be more effectively served.

Thanks,

-- Tom
