I confirm that this happens to me in Tails 1.0.1 but not in Torbrowser
3.6, so I created a ticket for that:

I'm not sure whether the problems is on our side or at the EFF.

Why should be diverge from the default on this settings? Both Iceweasel
and Torbrowser has it set to 'false'.
