I'm not sure to correctly understand your concern, but yes someone able to see what's going through your connection sees you're going through Tor, and could guess you're using Tails: https://tails.boum.org/doc/about/warning/#index2h1 > Or perhaps Robert is infected? Well, I can't tell if Robert's computer is infected or not. You IT tech might think so because he/she sees strange connections (e.g. Tor) coming out of his computer.
