Thanks for answering.
My specific need is create a encrypted pendrive with Luks, to use with Tails
and Ubuntu. As I said, I chose "yes" at the Greeter, putting the root (?)
password. I created the encrypted pendrive easily at Disk Utilities, but I had
no permission to open it.
You wrote I must set an administration password at the Greeter (as I did) and
open that folder (lost+found) as root, using a root terminal. How?
Also, you said:
"But if not using the lost+found folder doesn't prevent you from using your
encrypted volume"
What I understand by using my encrypted volume is saving files in it and open
than at Tails and Ubuntu; what I can not do.
How can I be the root user and open the "lost+found"?
Best regards.
Marcos Kehl (Brasil).
