Hi ! The documentation is not very clear about Bluetooth in Tails (see https://labs.riseup.net/code/issues/7787). none of the software needed to use Bluetooth is installed in Tails, so your hardware might be up, the Bios might have agreed to put electricity in that part of the computer, but it can't interact with Tails
