Hello, I installed Tails on my Verbatim USB, I instaled it with Universal USB Installer and I used the .iso downloaded by your site.
USB installer is the 1.9.6.3 version Tails is the tails-i386-2.2.1 version My pc is an HP What's the problem? Well I installed it on the pendrive following exactly what there was wrote in your site's guide. I open the boot, I click live and I login Tails. Desktop doesn't load at all! I mean I can move my arrow with mouse, I can create new folders but there are no "applications" bar on the top, no creel, nothing of nothing. Is everything blue and even is I press the start button doesnt appear anything, it just become a little more darker. The problem is I just can't do anything and neither install the ultimate tails on the other USB, since there is no "applications" on the top. How to fix this?!? Im desperate, tried 10 times...
