I am trying to connect to the Internet with Tails. Once in, I try to start Tor but I get an error message that tells me the proxy server is refusing connection. I have used Tails/Tor for several years. I have recently switched to a new PC with Windows 10 (I used Windows 7 in the past). I have never had this problem before. It just always worked. I am not super computer savvy so hopefully I won't need to make drastic settings changes. Thanks.
