I'm trying to use Tails to configure a Yubikey 4[0] smartcard device as
an OpenPGP smartcard using Tails, but running into a few issues. Namely.
1. I can't get pcscd to recognise the card such that gpg2 --card-status
displays any information about the card.
2. I'm unable to use the yubikey-personalization[1] tool to alter any of
the card's configuration values. Specifically it reports: "Yubikey core
error: no yubikey present". There's no obvious error output from dmesg.
dmesg shows it being recognized as a CCID device however when it is
inserted.
Any ideas on what might be preventing this from working? I've looked
through /etc/udev/rules.d and found nothing obvious that would prevent
the device from working.
