There is no persistent language setting currently. We are working on it, but as of today you will need to set the language on each boot. As for the administrator password: normally, you do not need to set this password each time. It's only necessary if you want to perform administrative tasks, e.g. read logs, or install software. All the other times, it's sufficient to boot without the password. It's not possible to make it persist, as this defeats the purpose of an amnesiac operating system.
