Hey translators,

I've now set up the infrastructure
https://github.com/trufi-association/mapping-documentation-french which
deploys to https://mapping-bus-routes.readthedocs.io/fr/master/ .
Changes made to the repository will also be reflected there. A
statistic about the translation process can be found here:
https://github.com/trufi-association/mapping-documentation-french/milestone/1

I have two workflows for you as I had for Latin America. Foreword:
Having a GitHub account is not mandatory.

GitHub users:
1. Please send me the link to your GitHub profile and I will give you
write access to the repository.
2. In the issue section (
https://github.com/trufi-association/mapping-documentation-french/issues
) you will find the tasks. Each of them have a direct link to the
document to translate.
3. Find an issue aka task you most feel comfortable to do and assign
yourself. If you see that the task has already an assignment, then
please don't touch it.
4. Close the issue after uploading your work.
5. I will see it and will apply the attribution.

Others:
1. Head over to
https://github.com/trufi-association/mapping-documentation-french/issues
and pick an issue aka task that suits you.
2. Send me an e-mail and tell me which tasks you would like to work on
(e-mailing me the link is probably the fastest way for you and me). I
will assign myself to the task and send you the Markdown document to
translate.
3. Send me your translated version back, I will add the attribution to
it and upload the file back to the right place.
4. I will close the issue

If you don't want to translate any longer, then please e-mail me so I
know it.

For translating documents you don't need to own a GitHub account. I am
here to cut down entry barriers and not to create some. I will handle
the GitHub thing for you. If you have any questions, then please don't
hesitate to ask. For how to attribute you I will consult you privately
and individually. If some of you or all want a Voice-Over Meeting
beforehand for clarification or in case you just want to get to know me
better or the other translators, then surely we can agree on a time (in
respect of the time zones). Luckily our timezones don't differ much.

Cheers

Sören Reinecke alias Valor Naram

Hi Sören

I'm sorry for the late reply
We can use both platforms, Github and emails. I'm Looping in Franck
Akouete and Saliou Abdou from OSM Togo and Benin. They may be
interested in joining this Working Group.

Best
Nathalie
