"amenity=social_facility" erlaubt doch eh eine genauere Definition per
social_facility=*
https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Key:social_facility
Da gibt es sogar "social_facility=day_care" und "social_facility:for=child"
So würde ich das auch taggen.
amenity=kindergarten ist schlichtweg falsch, weil das nur für Kinder ist
die noch nicht zur Schule gehen, aber in einem Hort auch viel ältere
Kinder betreut werden können.
