By extracting locality names from AusPost's CSV file we can then match against place markers in the database. We should also be able to use existing postcode boundaries of adjacent postcodes to guesstimate the actual boundary for the missing postcodes. However I'm not sure if we can do this legally, as the information would be derived from AusPost's data which has some pretty onerous restrictions. This isn't an immediate issue since there is over 1,500 post codes we do have shape files for that still need to be added to OSM, we'd need to do this before we could extrapolate missing post code boundaries. _______________________________________________ Talk-au mailing list [email protected] http://lists.openstreetmap.org/listinfo/talk-au
