Not yet. But I've e-mailed the track manager (who I met on the track several years ago) about mapping it on OSM. His response was luke-warm, and he's yet to respond to my follow-up e-mail. I also intend asking him whether we can get data on the many creeks in the area. Many are significant permanent watercourses, including Micalong Creek.
