To be a complete hypocrit, I could check it out on my way to work tomorrow. If driving, I drive straight past it, if riding, I pass within a few blocks. Then again, had a quick look with streetview, looks like BPs on both sides. Both look pretty established, so I'm guessing it's demolished rather than new.
