I doubt anyone is against becoming a local chapter, in principal I'm all for it, it would be in both our interest (existing marketing) and OSM-F's interest (extending marketing and legal coverage in other jurisdictions). There may be some concerns on the agreement/contract that would need to be signed, more specifically the finer points may be an issue however since no such agreement yet exists that's pure speculation.
