No, we won't be registered as a company, we will most likely be
registered as a not for profit association, which has completely
different rules and regulations to a company. I don't think any
reasonable request by a member can be rejected by a board, or at least
it won't need to be dealt with in court by the requestee, they simply
complain to the Department of Fair Trading. Failing that the DFT would
probably take you to court.
