No, we won't be registered as a company, we will most likely be registered as a not for profit association, which has completely different rules and regulations to a company. I don't think any reasonable request by a member can be rejected by a board, or at least it won't need to be dealt with in court by the requestee, they simply complain to the Department of Fair Trading.
