IMHO tourism=effluent_dump is good, as they are aimed at tourists, but it is not an attraction as such. recycling:excrement=yes not really relevant it is not really recycling. or even amenity=waste_disposal waste=excrement Not bad, but the second tag is useless by itself, it would be better if it was a single tag, like amenity=effluent_dump Similar to amenity=toilet
