I did when it was launched but all the released Spatial data is standard copyright terms, not Creative Commons. Specifically for the Environment Department ones, which would be useful for some natural landuse areas, it says in the licence "The digital data will only be held on machines within the offices of the licensee and on normal backups of those machines. The Data provided under this Licence shall not be provided to a third party in any form."
