Almost. 1) Bare Island isn't a closed way. But that can be easily fixed. 2) Remove the tags from the outer way of Botany Bay and label the multipolygon with name=Botany Bay natural=bay attribution=ABS

After I get this working I can then try to turn Congwong Bay at the East into an area, and then it can be debated if that is separate, or part of Botany Bay.
