We don't have any issues with the CTs, it's just that they're not legally compatible with our licence, that requires you to distribute tracings from our PhotoMaps as CC-BY-SA (and our licence hasn't changed, and was originally designed to be compatible with OSM). Incidentally, even as of January 2011, I see that 1% of all the requests* to our site were referrered from www.openstreetmap.org. Without some detailed log analysis I can't see if they're likely to be Potlatch, but it does indicate that there are still people tracing. There are also several hundred thousand requests from JOSM.
