Hi Brett, You've just said a *really" controversial phrase (mini roundabouts).
In Australia there is a *LOT* of history surrounding these things. I do have a definite opinion on them but I reckon it would be best (if not unbearably tedious) for you to read the many vitiolic posts on this subject on talk-au. Cheers Nick
