I have the ABS ASGS 2011 Post Code boundary approximations at http://tianjara.net/map (then tick on ASGS 2011 - POA and hover over the regions). Would you care to check if that is accurate or not? I'm not sure if that is the ABS ASGS 2011 Post Code boundary (even if I didn't think CC-BY was compatible for OSM), or if it is the older 2006 boundary, or an independently surveyed boundary in OSM.
